PiXCL 8 OEM, Reseller and Media Evaluation Program

Fill out this form completely to arrange a complementary evaluation copy of the registered version of PiXCL 8.

Under the terms of this Evaluation Agreement, you and your company agree that:

PiXCL is to be installed on one PC only at a time during the 30 day evaluation period.
you will remove the software from your PC at the expiry of the 30 day evaluation period.
PiXCL is not to be used for any other purpose than evaluation for resale or media review, including educational and commercial uses. All such other purposes are direct copyright infringement. I take copyright infringements VERY seriously.
you will not resell, lease, loan, rent or otherwise provide any PiXCL software components to any third parties without the express prior written permission of SJD Software.
if you decide that you want to resell PiXCL, you will contact me for a written Reseller Contract to be signed by authorized officials of your company and SJD Software.
if you find that PiXCL is unsuitable for your needs or unsatisfactory in some way, I would really appreciate your constructive comments, so I can improve the product.
