Register Your Endoscope : Technical Support and Software Download Access

PiXCL Endoscope-1 and Endoscope-2 models are supplied in a labeled plastic storage and carry case. When we ship the equipment to you we also email you with your UserName and Password to access the Technical Support Pages where you will find the latest drivers and video capture application. Endoscopes are intentionally not shipped with a CD, as all software is downloaded.

There is no charge for registration and you are not required to download any software other than the driver and video application. There may be other utilities, sample code and other support documents available on the Support Pages that you can choose to download and install.

If you obtained a PiXCL Endoscope from a promotional event with which we were associated you will need to register your Endoscope so we can send you your UserID and Password. You will need to provide your name and partial address, and the serial number indicated on the handle of the Endoscope.

If you obtained one of these endoscopes at an event not associated with us, we do thank you for your interest, and we would like to support your device with our very affordable software update.
